Agreement
Your use of the Superior Safety Guards website constitutes an agreement between you and Superior Safety Guards. Any agreement pursuant to these terms and conditions shall in all respects be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of New Zealand. Your use of the Superior Safety Guards website shall constitute your agreement, in full and without reservation or exception to the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Fireguard Terms and Conditions
Goods ordered are subject to the standard terms and conditions of Superior Heating Ltd.
There is a minimum charge based on a measurement of 2 metres when ordering a Custom Superguard.
All Custom Superguards are made to fit AROUND the measurements given.
Superior Heating Ltd takes no responsibility for incorrect measurements given which results in the Superguard not fitting properly.
